What a great cardio workout. I felt energized through the entire thing. At the end of the workout I had the energy to do it again. I really look forward to tomorrow.

WorkoutPower 90 Ab Ripper 1-2
Status: Completed
Today ab workout was tough, but fun. Ten exercises ten reps each holly crap. Oh well get through it and it will pay off. I am going to bring much more intensity to my next ab ripper workout.
